The Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is a multimodal transportation program that includes transit and highway improvement and maintenance projects to be implemented during fiscal year 2024 through fiscal year 2027.

Section 5307(b). The TIP public notice of public involvement activities and time established for public review and comment on the TIP satisfies the program-of-projects requirements of the Urbanized Area Formula Program.
